Rick Harger drives the #16 Outlaw Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Outlaw Speedway (Grand Prairie).  He lives in DeSoto, TX.

Rick started racing in 2000 in the Street Stock Class at Kennedale Speedway Park because he was getting to old to ride Dirt Bikes but wanted to stay on that dirt! 

The thrill of racing for Rick is the smell of a race motor.  His most exciting racing moment was the first time he raced at Cowtown Speedway.  He's most proud of winning Street Stock race.

Rick's racing hero is Ricky Carmichael.
