Chance Whitworth
#22
Chance Whitworth drives the #22 Sport
Mod Class car. His home track is Grayson County Speedway but he
can also be found racing at Paris Motor Speedway, Kennedale Speedway
Park, and RPM Speedway. He lives in Tom Bean, Tx.
Team members helping Chance are:
Dad, Mom, Kyle, Uncle Mark, Daddy, Buddy, Rachel, Brittany. Dad is
the car owner.
Chance started racing in 2005 in the
Mini Stock class at Grayson County Speedway and Super Bowl Speedway
because it is a family tradition. His first win was in '06 at
Grayson County Speedway in the Mini Stock class. Career highlights
include multiple Feature wins, his first Feature win in the Sport Mod
and the 3 that followed, winning on his 18th birthday.
The thrill of racing for Chance is the
rush, the speed and the smile on people's faces. His most exciting
racing moment was winning on his 18th birthday after flipping two weeks
earlier. He's most proud of just being able to do it and his
entire family being involved.
Chance's racing heroes are his Dad and
Earl Pearson Jr.
Of racing, Chance says, "Very fun but
expensive and it's a big thrill ride!".
His favorite racing websites are all of
them.
