Kevin Smith drives the #57 Pure Stock Class car.  His home track is Heart O' Texas Speedway.  He lives in Elm Mott, TX.

Team members helping Kevin are:  Jeff Sleppord, Jeff Willis, Jeff Sexton, David Petterson, Jerome Jackson, Steve Machen.  Ed Thompson is the car owner.

Kevin started racing in 2000 in the Pure Stock Class at Heart O' Texas Speedway because he just liked it.  His first win was in '01 in the Pure Stock Class at Heart O' Texas Speedway.  Career highlights include Pure Stock Championship n '05 & '10.

The thrill of racing for Kevin is side by side racing against a good racer.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win in '01.  He's most proud of his Championships.

Kevin's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Kevin says, "Race for the fun of it.  There will be good nights and bad nights!".
