Charlie Norris drives the #c17 Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Heart O Texas Speedway.  He lives in Hillsboro, TX.

Charlie started racing in 1997 in the Pure Stock Class at Bellmead because his Dad raced back in the late '60's and '70's.  His first win was in 1997 in the Pure Stock Class at Heart O Texas Speedway.  Career highlights include Track Championship in 1997 in Pure Stock at Heart O Texas Speedway, Track Championship in '03 in Street Stock Class at Bellmead, '07 Pure Stock Track Champion at Heart O Texas Speedway, Driver of the Year in '02 at Bellmead Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Charlie is running side by side with someone knowing they want to take you out and also the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was when his daughter won the Powder Puff at Heart O Texas!  He's most proud of racing for 12 years and never being black flagged.

Charlie's racing heroes are John Force and himself.
