Michael McCarthy drives the #20 Modified
Class car. His home track is Texas Thunder Speedway but he can
also be found racing at Heart O' Texas Speedway. He lives in Round
Rock, TX.

Michael started racing in 1985 in the
Street Stock class at Start Strips Speedway. His first win was in
'95 in the Modified Class at All Star Speedway. Career highlights
include car owner of the #17 qualified for '01 IMCA Super Nationals, '95
finished 2nd in Points IMCA Modified All Star Speedway.
The thrill of racing for Michael is the
great people. His most exciting racing moment was $1000 to win
Victory at Texana Raceway Park.
Michael's racing hero is Donell Campell.
