Jared Rady drives the #8 Sport Mod Class
car. His home track is Texas Thunder Speedway. He lives in
Bertram, TX.

Jared started racing in 1995 in the
Street Stock Class at the B "H" track because he couldn't play sports
due to direct impact to liver. He had cirrosis at the age of 14.
His first win was in '10 in the Sport Mod Class at Texas Thunder
Speedway his 2nd night. Career highlights include leading National
Rookie of the Year for '10 in Sport Mod, Top 15 Nationally, 1 Feature
win 2nd night in the car.
The thrill of racing for Jared is the
adrenaline rush and the speed of the car. His most exciting racing
moment was getting 1st his 2nd night out in a new car. He's most
proud of leading the National Rookie of the Year and 15th in the Nation
and 3rd at local track at Texas Thunder Speedway.

Of racing, Jared says, "Come out and
watch you might like it. It'll keep the kids off the street and
learn something about cars!".
