John Riechard drives the #8J Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Kennedale Speedway Park but he can also be found racing at Cowtown Speedway.  He lives in Badeson, TX.

John started racing in 1992 in the Outlaw Factory Stock class at Kaney Speedway to have fun and because he was severely mentally damaged.  His first win was in 1994 in the Outlaw Factory Stock Class at Kaney Speedway.  Career highlights include finishing 2nd upside down and switching to Mods in '96. 

The thrill of racing for John is just the speed with all the other cars around.  His most exciting racing moment was winning 3 Day Show at Kaney Speedway and was paid $2,000 to win.  He's most proud that he is a clean driver.  If he has to put someone out to win, he'd just as soon not mess with it.

John's racing hero is John Rosson.

Of racing, John says, "It's a good sport, you meet a lot of good people, lots of trust, nobody messes with anything!".
