Cory Williams

Cory Williams drives the #511 Sport Mod
car. His home track is Lady Luck Speedway but he can also be found
racing at Champion Speedway in Midland and Cardinal Speedway in Eunice,
New Mexico.

Mom, Dad, brother Coby, and Bryan "Grumpy" Hardin.
Cory started racing in 2009 in the
Pure Stock Class at Lady Luck Speedway. Cory started racing
when he joined friends at the track and decided he "would give it a
try." His first win was in a Pure Stock at Lady Luck his
rookie year.
In 2009 Cory ran second in the track
points. In 2010 he got the Track Championship in the Pure Stock
Class, and in 2011 he had his first win in the Sport Mod Class and was
running for National Rookie of the year. In 2011 he got his first
win on April 16 in Eunice, New Mexico.
The thrill of racing for Cory is the
competition. His most exciting racing moment was his first win in
the Sport Mod Class.
Cory is most proud of "the support and
the fans."
Cory's racing hero is Steve Kinser.
Of racing, Cory says, "This sport
is very expensive."
