 Cody Harger

#6 Volt

Cody Harger drives the #6Volt 305 Sprint Class car.  His home track is Jones Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Ark-La-Tex Speedway, USA Speedway, Sabine Motorsports, Champion Park Speedway and Leesville 171 Speedway.  He lives in West Monroe, LA.

Team members helping Cody are:  Mom, Dad, Brian Craigleod, Lew Lyles, Kevin Watson, Timothy Culp, Scott Brown, Dick Sweat and Gary Wright. 

Cody started racing in 1999 in the Jr. Dragsters class at Twin City Dragway because his Dad got him started.  His first win was in '99 in the Jr. Dragster class at Prescott Dragway.  Career highlights include several wins/awards in numerous divisions.

The thrill of racing for Cody is the adrenaline rush.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win on dirt at Monticello Speedway.  He's most proud of the fact that for the most part he's had to learn how to do things himself with the help of his Dad.

Cody's racing hero is his Dad.

Of racing, Cody says, "Come out and watch.  If you can get a chance to drive...do it and you'll be hooked for life!".
