Jay Kent drives the #01 Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Paris Motor Speedway.  He lives in Paris, TX.

Team members helping Jay are:  Rusty Holland, Tim Pieman, Eddie Kyle.  Russell Holland is the car owner.

Jay started racing in 2002 in the Hobby Stock Class at Paris Motor Speedway.  His first win was in '04 in the Hobby Stock Class at Paris Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include finishing in 2nd place in the Points for the '08 season.

The thrill of racing for Jay is having fun with all of the good guys I race with.  His most exciting racing moment was every time he finishes a race without a wrecker.  He's most proud that he has a Ford and there's not many of those so if you win with a Ford you have done something.

Jay's racing hero is his Grandfather Russell Holland.

Of racing, Jay says, "It is the most fun I have ever had.  If you can do it, do it but be safe and wear all safety protection!".
