Brad Ford drives the #47 Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Paris Motor Speedway.  He lives in Pattonville, TX. 

Team members helping Brad are:  Crew- Brad Ford, wife - Yvonne, sons - Shelby and Bradie, people who have helped - Tom Caldwell, Tyler Honeywell, Brian Primm.

Brad started racing in 2003 in the Hobby Stock class at Paris Motor Speedway because it's in his blood. He's been racing since he was 16 years old.  Drag Racing for 16 years then he switched to Dirt Track racing.  His first win was in '04 in the Hobby Stock Class at Paris Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include '95 & '01 Paris Dragstrip Track Championship in Electronics, 17 wins Drag Racing, 28 wins on Circle Track including '04 Red River Valley Shootout, which was also  his first on Dirt Track.

The thrill of racing for Brad is the thrill of racing and winning in something he built.  His most exciting racing moment was when he'd racing 1 week in I-Stock.  Had to start in last place in a full field of 24.  4 laps to go, he took the lead and was walking away until the rear end broke.  Even though he didn't win it was exciting going to the lead in a class he had never raced before.  He's most proud of winning his very first race ever against Tommy Isom in Drag Racing in '87.
