Don Burton drives the #55 Modified Class car.  His home track is Paris Raceway Park.  He lives in Winfield, TX.

Team members helping Don are:  Clint Thompson, Roger Frizzle "Fuzzy", Bryan Jones, and who ever shows up.  Barbara and Don Burton are the car owners.

Don started racing in 1984 in the Street Stock Class at Super Bowl Speedway because he's been around racing his entire life.  His first win was in '85 in the Hot Stock Class at Stateline Speedway.  Career highlights include Lake Cypress Speedway Champion in '87 & '95 in Hot Stock, Road Runner Speedway Track Champion in Hot Stock Class in '01, 15 sweeps in a row.

The thrill of racing for Don is lots of fun, meeting lots of people.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Feature win.  He's most proud that his wife lets him race and meeting good people.

Don's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
