R J Stroman drives the #88 Sport Mod Class/Limited Class car.  His home track is Paris Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Ark-La-Tex Speedway, Texarkana 67 Speedway and Boot Hill Speedway.  He lives in New Boston, TX.

Team members helping R J are:  Ronnie Stroman, Joyce Stroman.  Ronnie and Joyce Stroman are the car owners.

R J started racing in 1998 in the Kids Karts Class at Maud Go-Kart Speedway because his Dad raced and R J wanted to be like him.  His first win was in '99 in the Kids Karts Class at Maud Go Kart Speedway.  Career highlights include multiple Feature wins and Championships on Go Karts, finishing 2nd in the Points in the Limited Modified Class at Texarkana 67 Speedway in '08 which was his 2nd year racing cars, first Feature win in Limited Modifieds in '09 at Ark-La-Tex Speedway.

The thrill of racing for R J is showing that a Dodge is capable of winning.  His most exciting racing moment was wrecking his car in the first few laps of the Monster Smash at Paris Motor Speedway and going to the tail of the field and working his way back to the front for the win.  He's most proud of being the inaugural winner of the Monster Smash at Paris Motor Speedway.

R J's racing hero is his Dad.
