Alan Kunkel drives the #68 Pure Stock Class car.  His home track is Shady Oaks Speedway but he can also be found racing at Texana Raceway.  He lives in Goliad, TX.

Alan started racing in 2009 in the Pure Stock Class at Shady Oaks Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Alan is to race with David Bruns.  His most exciting racing moment was when he passed David Bruns.  He's most proud that everything is paid for.

Of racing, Alan says, "It is a lot of fun.  A little expensive at times but it all pays off in the end.
