Derek started racing in 1999 in the
Street Stock Class at Super Bowl Speedway because he's been around it
his entire life. His first win was in '00 in the Street Stock
Class at Rosebowl Speedway. Career highlights include running Hot
Stock in '02 at Super Bowl Speedway against Billy Reisrton, Larry
Killian.
The thrill of racing for Derek is for
his son who loves racing. His most exciting racing moment was
spending time with his boy at the races.
Derek's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
