Richard Griffin drives the #135 Modified Class car. He can be found racing all over Texas. He lives in Melissa, TX.

Team members helping Richard are: W. E. Griffin, Marie Evans, Gary Gonzales, and his wife Leigh "Legs" Griffin. Johnny Bradly is the car owner.

Richard started racing in 1978 in the IFK Go-Karts because of his Dad. His first win was in 1979 in the Go-Karts at Grayson County Speedway. Career highlights include 8 Track Championships, 1st Place Piney Woods Classic, and 1st at the Winter Nationals at Devils Bowl Speedway.

His most exciting racing moment was winning the Piney Woods Classic. He is most proud of building his own car.
