#18
Justin Boney drives the #18 Modified Class
car. He can be found racing all around the United States. He lives in
Leavenworth, KS.
Team members helping Justin are: Chris
and Linda Noel, Jim and Kathy Boney, Jim Westlund, Jana and Jace Boney.
T.C. Noel is the car owner.
Justin started racing in 1992 in the
Sport Mod Class at Linn County Speedway because his dad crewed on W. O.
O. Sprint Teams and decided he wanted to try. His first win was
that same year. Career highlights include 2001 Rockie of the Year for
USMTS, multiple Belleville Highbanks wins, multiple Track Championships,
and many other wins.
The thrill of racing for Justin is his
love for speed and competition. His most exciting moment was his first
USTMS win at Belleville. He is most proud of feeling like he is a threat
to win most races he enters, and that he has came along way in the past
15 years.
Justin's racing hero is Brad Doty.
Of racing, Justin says, "Clean Family
Fun- good for a family sport to keep kids out of trouble. It worked for
me when I started!"
