Rick Lovelady drives the #7 Modified Class car.  His home track is Speedbowl Valley Raceway.  He lives in Amarillo, TX.

Team members helping Rick are:  Brad Lovelady, Hayes Lovelady, Terry Lovelady. 

Rick started racing in 1980 in the Late Model Class at Speedbowl Valley Raceway after racing motorcycles and his brother raced Dirt Champ cars.  His first win was in that same year.  Career highlights include being in and out of Late Models, Sprint Car, Modifieds, won some $10,000 to win shows in Modified.

The thrill of racing for Rick is the competition and there is nothing better than winning!  His most exciting racing moment was running Sprint Car stuff, winning some big races in Kansas.  He's most proud of winning WOS Texas Championship in Late Model.

Rick's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
