Dewey drives the #128 Factory Stock Class car. His home track is Texas D.I.R.T. Motorplex. He lives in Marshall, TX.

Team members helping Dewey are: Johnny Curbey, Sheryald Curbey, Casey Maguire, and Jody & Jackie Gooch of Gooch Motorsports. Dewey Curbey of Curbey Transportation is the car owner.

Dewey started racing in 2005 in the Factory Stock Class at Ark-La-Tex Raceway because he had dreamed of racing since childhood, his Uncle Jay took him to watch him as a flagman.

The thrill of racing for Dewey is racing and beating his sons. His most exciting moment was when his brother, David Curbey, was helping him with his car. He is most proud of his children and him being able to share great times.

Dewey's racing hero is Jody Gooch.
