Jason Boyd drives the #9 Pro Modified Class car.  His home track is Houston Motorsports Park but he can also be found racing at Thunder Hill Raceway.  He lives in Pinehurst, TX.

Team members helping Jason are:  Gerald Boyd - Dad, Juergen Dan Pastorini, Betty Johnston, Matt, Brett, Caydon.  Gerald R. Boyd is the car owner.

Jason started racing in 2000 in the Romco Class at Thunder Hill Raceway following in the footsteps of his Father and Grandfather.  His first win was in 2003 in the Limited Modified Class at Houston Motorsports Park.  Career highlights include '06 Snowball Derby Modified win, '07 picked up full time sponsor with DP7 Racing.

His most exciting racing moment was 2006 Snowball Derby win in Modified after 3 attempts, going back for the 4th time and finally getting a win!

Jason's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
