David Newton drives the #454 Limited Modified Class car.  His home track is Thunderbird Speedway but he can also be found racing at Grand Prairie Speedway.  He lives in Combine, TX.

Team members helping David are:  Dad - John Newton, Pawpaw, Pop, Don Pierson. 

David started racing in 2005 in the Bomber Class at Thunderbird Speedway because Don Pierson inspired David to race.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include '05 finishing 3rd in the Points at Thunderbird Speedway, '06 finishing 2nd in the Points at Thunderbird Speedway and '07 Bomber Champion at Thunderbird Speedway.

The thrill of racing for David is the speed and the adrenaline rush!  His most exciting racing moment was his first win in '05.  He's most proud of his Championship in '07.

David's racing hero is Don Pierson.
