Dennis Clayton drives the #5 Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Thunderbird Speedway but he can also be found racing at Grand Prairie Speedway.  He lives in Kaufman, TX.

Team members helping Dennis are:  Danny Massengill, Steve Brown, Mike Garner, Joanie Clayton. 

Dennis started racing in 1997 in the Bomber Class at Thunderbird Speedway because of his love of the sound of the engines, and the time that he spends with his family and friends.  His first win was in 2000 in the Street Stock Class at Thunderbird Speedway.  Career highlights include '07 finishing 5th in the Championship.

The thrill of racing for Dennis is bumping and rubbing.  His most exciting racing moment was when he raced with his cousins side by side. 

Dennis's racing hero is Steve Brown, #76 Street Stock.
