Dylan Petty drives the #5P Modified Class car.  His home track is Thunderbird Speedway but he can also be found racing at Grand Prairie Speedway.  He lives in Red Oak, TX.

Team members helping Dylan are:  Mom, Dad, John White, Brian Lovegren, Billy Lehan, Kyle Bell, PRAXAIR, Today Newspaper.  Craig & Kim Petty are the car owners.

Dylan started racing in 2005 in the Jr. Mini Stock Class at Thunderbird Speedway because of his Dad.  His first win was in '05 in the Jr. Mini Class at Grand Prairie Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Dylan is controlling the uncontrollable.  His most exciting racing moment was running 4th in the '07 SIMS Nationals.  He's most proud that he drives both a Modified and Limited Modified.

Dylan's racing hero is his Dad, Craig Petty.
