Phillip Clarke drives the 352 Pro Wing Champ Carts Class.  His home track is Langley Speedway.  He lives in Williamsburg, VA.

Team members helping Phillip are:  Phill Clarke, James Rush, Jason Houck, Tina Clarke, Miranda Clarke, NWOLF.  Phill Clarke is the car owner.

Phillip started racing in 1997 in the Novice Class at Langley Speedway because he loves the speed, loves NASCAR and wanted to race.  His first win was in '99 in the Junior II Class at Langley Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Phillip is the speed and a lot of other Karts spread all over the track.  His most exciting racing moment was when he came in 2nd in the Points.

Phillip's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Phillip says, "That it is a fun, competitive sport to do!".
