Bubba McGee drives the #31 Late Model Class car.  His home track is 311 Speedway but he can also be found racing at NC and VA various tracks.  He lives in Pinnacle, NC.

Team members helping Bubba are:  Bill Link, Donald Link, Rugg Ratt, Pop, Sundi, Missy, James, Paul.  Link Brothers are the car owners.

Bubba started racing in 1986 in the Go Kart Class at various tracks in NC and VA because of a family heritage.  His first win was that same year.  Every win has given him a little something. 

The thrill of racing for Bubba is the experience to use you own ideas and knowledge and being able to be competitive.  His most exciting racing moment was the 50 lap win at Oak Level Raceway.  He's most proud of becoming an Engine Machinist at Richard Childress Racing after using his knowledge to gain through racing.

Bubba's racing hero is Curtis Turner.
