Joey Simmons drives the #6s Mini Stock Class car.  His home track is Oak Level Raceway but he can also be found racing at Beckley Motor Speedway.  He lives in Covington, VA.

Team members helping Joey are:  Nikki, Lexi, Cody, Mom, Grandma and Punk.  Joey and Stacey Simmons are the car owners.

Joey started racing in 1995 in the Mini Stock Class at Natural Bridge Speedway because some of his family was racing.  His first win was in 2000 in the Street Stock Class at Natural Bridge Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Joey is just getting away from everything in the car.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win, of which he is most proud.

Joey's racing hero is Bill Elliott.
