Jeff Hall drives the #78 U-Car Class car. His home track is Oak Level Raceway but he can also be found racing at Callaway USA.  He lives in Stuart, VA.

Jeff started racing in 2004 in the Hornets Class at Oak Level Raceway just ot have fun.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2004 Points Champion in Hornets at Oak Level Oak.

Jeff's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
