He began racing in  1997 in Go Karts at Monrovia Raceway because of  family  history and interest in racing. His first win was in 1997 in Go Karts at Monrovia Raceway. Career highlights include, 1998-20 wins in 23 races and 2 Track Championships, 2001-WKA National and Grand National Champion, 2003-Moved to Stock cars, Rookie of the Year at Old Dominion and 5th in Points. He has had over 70 wins in 5 years.

The thrill of racing for Sean is winning. His most exciting racing moment was winning the National and Grand National Championship. He is most proud of over to wins in his 5 years of racing.
