Mark Winstead drives the #55 Grand Stock Class car. He lives in Stafford, Va. His home track is Old Dominion.

He began racing in  1998 in Grand Stock at Old Dominion Speedway because racing had been a part of his family since his childhood, Stock cars and Drag, Pit Crew members for years and wanted to drive. His first win was in 2000 at Old Dominion in Grand Stock Class. Career highlights include, 2000-4 wins and 1 win 2004-Opening night.

The thrill of racing for Mark is the close competition. His most exciting racing moment was  his first win in  his  second full year of racing in 2000, opening night. He is most proud of being able to be competitive with little financial backing.

His racing hero is Ernie Irvan.
