Tony Wood drives the #20 Sportsman Class car.  His home track is Virginia Motor Speedway.  He lives in Newkent, VA.

Team members helping Tony are:  Dad, Mom, Bobby, Steven, Kenny, Bubba.  Eddie Wood is the car owner.

Tony started racing in 2000 in the Charger class at Virginia Motor Speedway because he was in college and wanted a motorcycle.  His Father didn't think that was safe so they built a race car.  His first win was in '01 in the Charger Class at VMS.  Career highlights include 10 Charger victories, 4 Sportsman victories.

The thrill of racing for Tony is working on the car and then running up front on race day.  His most exciting racing moment was the Charger Fall Classic victory.  He's most proud of building a dependable race car.

Tony's racing heroes are Tony Stewart and Tommy Ellis.

Of racing, Tony says, "It is a lot of fun but very addictive.  Beware unless you have a lot of time and deep pockets!".
