Tyler Shipp drives the #2T Sprint Class car.  His home track is Virginia Motor Speedway.  He lives in Mechanicsville, VA.

Members helping Tyler are: Christy Jeffers Jr., Riley Dawson, Penny Jeffers.  Christy Jeffers Jr. is the car owner.

Tyler started racing in 2004 in the Jr. Champ Class at Capital City Speedway following in Dad's footsteps.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include Track Champion in '04 and '05 in Jr. Champ Division, Rookie of the Year in '04, finishing 5th in the Points at VMS in his Rookie Year.

The thrill of racing for Tyler is the speed and track friends.  His most exciting racing moment was his first State Race win in '05.  He's most proud of his Track Championship and his family race team.

Tyler's racing hero is Brooke Tatnell.
