Davis Lipscombe drives the #71 Late Model Class car.  His home track is Virginia Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Natural Bridge Speedway, Eastside Speedway, County Line Speedway, Hagerstown Speedway and Winchester Speedway.  He lives in Mechanicsville, VA.

Team members helping Davis are:  Ricky Phelps, Johnny Brooks, Greg Ferguson. 

Davis started racing in '99 in the All American Class at Virginia Motor Speedway because it's been in the family and he's always had an interest in cars.  His first win was in '01 in the All American class at Virginia Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include 30 career wins, '04 All American Track Champion, '06 Charger Track Champion, '07 Sportsman Track Champion, 3 time Rookie of the Year awards, 3 time Most Popular Driver Awards.

The thrill of racing for Davis is winning trophies!  His most exciting racing moment was all of it, the good and the bad are always exciting.  He's most proud of having the respect of other drivers and fans and beating teams with better equipment.

Davis's racing hero is Smoky Yunick.
