Taylor Doggett drives the #96 Sportsman Class car.  His home track is South Boston Speedway but he can also be found racing at Virginia Motor Speedway.  He lives in Ruther Glen, VA.

Team members helping Taylor are:  Derek Childress, Kevin Barrett, Troy Doggett -Brother, Todd Doggett - Dad, Sarah Doggett.  Todd Doggett is the car owner.

Taylor started racing in 2004 in the Go Karts Class at Capital City Speedway because he always loved cars.  His first win was in '04 in the Jr. Srts 2 Class at Capital City Speedway.  Career highlights include finishing 3rd in Points at Hickory Motor Speedway, 1st Pole at South Boston Speedway in '10.

The thrill of racing for Taylor is going door to door with some of the best drivers in the country.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first pole at South Boston Speedway in '10.  He's most proud of being able to gain trust and respect from veteran drivers.

Taylor's racing hero is Jeff Gordon.
