Roy Skaggs drives the #9 Modified Class car.  His home track is Virginia Motor Speedway.  He lives in Highland Springs, VA.

Team members helping Roy are:  Gene Snow, Eugene Bishop, Bobo Chatman. 

Roy started racing in 1984 in the Pure Stock Class at Southside Speedway as a hobby.  His first win was in 2000 in the Charger class at Southside Speedway.  Career highlights include Rookie of the Year in '03 at VMS, one win at VMS in the Charger class in '04, 4 wins at VMS in Bomber Class between 2000-2002.

The thrill of racing for Roy is trying to win!  His most exciting racing moment was winning at VMS in the Charger Class.  He's most proud of the good times.

Roy's racing hero is Louie Littlepage.
