Joey Carter drives the #33 Pure Stock Class car.  His home track is Winchester Speedway but he can also be found racing at Potomac Speedway.  He lives in Winchester, VA.  People who help Joey are:  Randy, Brian, Wendy and Ryan.

He started racing in 1995 in the Pure Stock Class at Winchester Speedway after being around it since he was a kid with his father and uncle racing.  His first win was in 2001 in the Pure Stock Class at Winchester Speedway.  Career highlights include winning 3 races, setting Fast Time at the 2001 Winchester Nationals and has been in 2 National Dashes.

The thrill of racing for Joey is racing against the best drivers out there.  His most exciting racing moment was setting Fast Time at the 2001 Winchester Nationals.

Joey's racing hero is Richard Petty.
