Mike Hardy drives the #99 Super Late Model Class car.  His home track is Winchester Speedway but he can also be found racing at Hagerstown Speedway and Potomac Speedway.  He lives in Stephens City, VA.

Team members helping Mike are:  Jimmy Lineburg, Al Galano, Janie Lineburg (our fan in the stands), P. J. Lineburg, Kyle - son, and his wife who supports him in all of his racing.  Mike and Christine Hardy are the car owners.

Mike started racing in 1986 in the Semi Late Model Class at Winchester Speedway after going to the races with his Dad.  His first win was in '91 in the Semi Late Model Class at Lincoln Speedway.  Career highlights include Track Championship in '97 in the Semi Late Model Class at Winchester Speedway, '99 Late Model Rookie of the Year.

The thrill of racing for Mike is the fast competition.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Late Model win at Winchester Speedway.  He's most proud of having his family support him.

Mike's racing hero is Chuck Brannon.

Of racing, Mike says, "Met a lot of good people and had many good times, along with some bad.  It's one big family!".
