Phil Phillips drives the #4 H3 Class car. He lives in  Haverstraw, NY. His home track is Lime Rock but he can also be found racing at Summit Point and Virginia International Raceway.

He began racing in 1992  at Lime Rock because he was a car enthusiast. His first win was in 1992 at Lime Rock in AS Class. Career highlights include, American Sedan Championship 1992NYR, EMRA SSGT Champion 1992, SCCA ITB Top 5 Northeast 2001,2004 Leading H3 Championship in Honda Challenge.

The thrill of racing for Phil is  that he loves the skill involved and a different challenge every race. His most exciting racing moment was winning the SCCA American Sedan Championship 1992. He is most proud of "Just doing it!".

His racing hero is Mark Donahue.
