Dado Carvalho

Dado Carvalho drives the #1S Unlimited Class car. He lives in Montgomery Village, MD. His home track is Summit Point but he can be found racing also at Beaver Run, Mid Ohio, VIR and Sebring Speedways.

He began racing in 1993 at Summit Point Speedway because of the incentive from his parents.

The thrill of racing for him is the speed (Speed Junky). His most exciting racing moment was  running out of brakes on turn 1 at 140 MPH. He is most proud of smooth and consistent times.

His racing hero is Ayrton Senna.

Of racing, Dado says, "Just do it and you will be hooked".
