Steve Hucorski drives the #88 Late Model Class car.  His home track is Cedar Lake Speedway but he can also be found racing at Superior Speedway.  He lives in Maple Grove, MN.  Andy Hofteig helps Steve on his car.  Car owner is Sabre Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.

He started racing in 2001 in the Super Stock Class at Cedar Lake Speedway.  He had raced years ago, and helped on cars, but just didn't have the means to continue.  He's now 38 years old so bought himself a Late Model.  Steve's first win was in 2004 in the Late Model Class at Red Cedar Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Steve is the fun of being part of the community and he loves going fast.  It helps when his car works also.  His most exciting racing moment was coming from the back to the front, passing a lot of cars.  He's most proud of owning a race car. 

Steve's racing hero is Dwayne Mahder.

Of racing, Steve says, "Fun family thing to do.  Most people don't understand it but it is a fun thing to do!".
