Benjamin started racing in 1991 in the
Grand National Class at Chilton Speedway because he grew up at the race
track as his Dad and uncle owned race cars. His first win was that
same year. Career highlights include 1991 - Co-Rookie of the Year
at Chilton Speedway in Grand Nationals, Feature Grand National winner at
LaCrosse Speedway (October Fest), 1993 - Fast Time 2nd finish at Elkart
Lake Grand National, Milwaukee Mile Point Leader top five finish, Late
Model Asphalt, 2003 - Golden Sand Speedway Feature win, 2004 - Modified
Feature win, 2nd in Points in Dirt Modified at Powercom Speed Zone.
The thrill of racing for Benjamin is the
competition, awesome handling car and winning and winning! His
most exciting racing moment was racing at Elkart Lake to almost winning
2nd place finish. He's most proud of always a top 5 car and a
clean, smooth driver.
