Mike Kunschke drives the #26 Limited Late Model Class car.  His home track is Shawano Speedway.  He lives in Shawano, WI.

Team members helping Mike are:  Scott Kunschke, Michele Kunschke, Gary Kunschke, Lisa Kunschke, Cayman Kunschke, Tatiana Kunschke. 

Mike started racing in 1987 in the Late Model Class at Shawano Speedway because his Dad raced.  His first win was in 2001 in the Limited Late Model Class at Shawano Speedway.  Career highlights include Feature win 6/18/05.

The thrill of racing for Mike is the adrenaline rush and the camaraderie of fellow racers.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Feature.  He's most proud of having his Father work hard with him.

Mike's racing hero is Jeff Gordon.

Of racing, Mike says, "Takes time and patience!".
