Tim Christiansen drives the $49 IMCA Modified Class car.  His home track is Sweetwater Speedway but he can also be found racing at Atomic Speedway and Casper Speedway.  He lives in Rock Springs, WY.

Tim started racing in 1976 in the Mini Sprints Class at Twin Arrows Speedway because his Father and relatives raced when he was a kid and he loved it.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include finishing 2nd in the Points in '77, finishing 3rd in State Super Stock class.

The thrill of racing for Tim is sliding sideways at a 100 plus.  His most exciting racing moment was when he wrecked into a concrete wall.  He's most proud of being competitive for all these years and being a clean driver.

Tim's racing hero is Alan Kulwicki.

Of racing, Tim says, "Better to be a racer for a day than a spectator for life.  Put it in deep and bring it out dancin!".
