Billy Moyer Jr. drives the #21JR Late Model Class car.  His favorite tracks to race on are Magnolia Speedway, Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway, Poplar Bluff Speedway, I-55 Raceway and Batesville Speedway.  He lives in Batesville, AR.

Team members helping Billy are: Dad, Steve, Timmy.  Billy Moyer Sr. is the car owner.

Billy started racing in 2006 in the Late Model Class at Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway because he's been around it all of his life and it is the best thing that he's ever done.  His first win was on April 22, 2006 in the Late Model Class at Poplar Bluff Speedway.  Career highlights include starting several World of Outlaws Series A Mains, 1 Feature victory, 8 Top Five finishes, 11 Top Ten's all in his Rookie season.  He finished 2nd at the Cotton Pickin 100  $15,000 To Win.

His most exciting racing moment was racing against his Dad.  In his first season of competitive Dirt Late Model racing, he's raced against some of the best drivers in the country in a variety of World of Outlaws Late Model series event and high profile shows like the "Show Me 100" and the "Topless 100".  He's most proud of his first World of Outlaws Series start in Brainerd, Minnesota and 2nd at Cotton Pickin 100.

Billy's racing hero is his Dad, Billy Moyer Sr.

Of racing, Billy would like to tell people about how much work is involved in keeping his racing program going the way that he likes to keep it.  It's a lot of hours.  "Racing is my life!".
