Jayson McDonald drives the #76 Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Beebe Speedway but he can also be found racing at I-30 Speedway.  He lives in Lonoke, AR.

Team members helping Jayson are:  Dad, Lynn, Chad, Dustin, Thomas, Nick, Tammy.  Rebel Racing is the car owner.

Jayson started racing in 2007 in the Hobby Stock Class at Beebe Speedway he's always been a big fan of racing, going to the track a lot.  He knew somebody that raced, got an opportunity to buy a rolling chassis so they built a car and went racing!  Career highlights include 3rd place finish in the Heat Race in '09.  He started 30 races in '08 and didn't finish a single race because of flats and running hot so his 3rd place finish was awesome!

The thrill of racing for Jayson is getting on the track and seeing what he can do with the car that he built.  His most exciting racing moment was his first 3rd place Heat race finish after racing his buddy side by side until he lost his drive shaft.  He's most proud of taking a rolling chassis that had been sitting in the weeds and building it into a nice race car with his family.

Jayson's racing hero is Ralph Earnhardt.

Of racing, Jayson says, "That racing is a family experience 100%, it's something that everyone in the family can find their own role in and it's a lot of fun and if you get the chance, you should take it!".
