William Ramsey drives the #97 Mod Lite Class car.  His home track is Drew County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Diamond Park Speedway.  He lives in Smackover, AR.

Team members helping William are:  Michael Patterson, Trey Trabbic, Evan Thompson, Zach Sanchers, Charlie Price, Jeff Price.  Jerry Ramsey is the car owner.

William started racing in 2011 in the Southern Sport Mod class at Drew County Speedway.  Career highlights include finishing 6th out of 18 at Drew County Speedway in his 4th race.

The thrill of racing for William is the adrenaline rush of the motor and sliding around the turns.  His most exciting racing moment was when he dodged a 5 car pile up.  He's most proud of sticking with the pack and placing Top 10 in just 4 races.

William's racing hero is Richard Anders who races #18A Open Mod at Drw County Speedway.  He taught William a lot about racing!
