Jimmy Gaylor Jr. drives the #GRT 21 Late Model Class car.  His home track is Fasttrax Speedway but he can also be found racing at Columbus Speedway.  He lives in Luthersville, GA.

Team members helping Jimmy are:  Dad, Ricky Culp, Jody Prince, Skip ARP, Freddy Smith.  Jimmy Gaylor Sr. is the car owner.

Jimmy started racing in 1993 in the Hobby class at Super Bee Speedway because his Dad raced and it was in his blood.  His first win was in 1993 in the Hobby Class at I-20 Speedway.  Career highlights include 3 Track Championships, and Rookie of the Year.

The thrill of racing for Jimmy is that he and his Dad can do it together.  His most exciting racing moment was when they won the first Track Championship and only 1 Feature all year.  He's most proud of the fact that they have been able to win races with less money than a lot of people.

Jimmy's racing hero is Richard Petty.

Of racing, Jimmy says, "It is fun and if drugs are more addictive than racing, I don't need them!".
