David Pollen Jr. drives the #188 Super Late Model Class car.  His home track is Desoto Speedway but he can also be found racing at Orlando Speedworld and New Smyrna Speedway.  He lives in Tampa, FL.

Team members helping David are:  Billy Ryder, Jay Strock, Barbara Pollen, David Pollen Sr.  David Pollen Sr. is the car owner.

David started racing in 1996 in the Go Karts Class at Lakeland Speedway because he wanted to go fast.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2002 Super Mini Cup Champion, 2004 6th in Desoto Truck Points, 2006 6th in Fastrack Points.

The thrill of racing for David is going fast.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Truck race.  He's most proud of his Mini Cup Championship and ASA Winter Heat Series with Truck.

David's racing hero is Kurt Busch.
