Lee Thomason drives the #53 Super Late Model and Crate Racin Late Model Class car.  His home track is Mt. Vernon Speedway and Paducah International Raceway.  He lives in Marion, IL.

Team members helping Lee are:  Mike Greeson, Brent Keen, Special thanks to Sue Thomason and his daughters, Shannon, Sheila, Shauna and Samantha.

Lee started racing in 1989 in the Late Model Class at Mt. Vernon Speedway and Tri State Speedway to participate in racing.  His first win was in 1995 in the Late Model Class at Tri State Speedway.  Career highlights include winning Winter National Race at Okeechobee, FL. 

The thrill of racing for Lee is the enjoyment of the chess match.  His most exciting racing moment was winning a Winter National Race.  He's most proud of making it a family affair.

Lee's racing heroes are The Allison's from Hueytown, AL and the Alabama gang.

Of racing Lee says, "It's a lot more work than anyone realizes!".
