Larry Boutwell drives the #58 Crate and
Super Late Model Class cars. He lives in Baker, FL.
Team members helping Larry are:
Jerry McLeod, Eric McLeod, Laine Barnhill, Sydney & Whitney Boutwell,
Danny Myers and Randle Chupp. Larry Boutwell is the car owner.
Larry started racing in 1985 in the
Super Street Class at Northwest Florida Raceway and Flomaton Speedway
because his Uncles got him involved. His first win was in '85 in
the Super Street Class at Flomaton Speedway. Career highlights
include too many to list....have been the NeSmith National Runner-Up in
'08 & '09.
The thrill of racing for Larry is the
competition. His most exciting racing moment was winning the
National NeSmith Touring Race at Greenville, AL in '08. He's most
proud of the accomplishments he has made so far. He has made a lot
of good friends in racing also.
Larry's racing heroes are Randle Chupp
and Billy Moyer.
Of racing, Larry says, "It is a lot of
family fun and keeps young kids out of trouble!".
