Tim Russell drives the #36 Late Model Class car.  He lives in Apopka, FLA.  His home track is New Smyrna Speedway.

He started racing in 1995 in the Quarter Midgets Class at Orlando Speedway because he'd been around it all of his life.  His first win was that same year.
